Warranty Policy
At Rosa Zacane, our jewelry is covered by a 3-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or the total or partial loss of the piece.
To extend the lifespan of your jewelry, we recommend following the care guidelines available in our maintenance guide.
The warranty is valid exclusively for original Rosa Zacane products purchased through our official store or authorized distributors.
If you have received a piece with a manufacturing defect, please write to info@rosazacane.com with a brief description of the issue and photos of the product. Our team will assess the case and, if applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or an alternative solution.
*If the warranty request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery, the condition of the product will be evaluated and, if appropriate, a replacement or a gift card for the value of the affected item will be offered if stock is unavailable.
